bridddge is a desktop application that provides LinkedIn automation tools, contact management, and integration with Claude Code. The service requires a LinkedIn account and operates within LinkedIn's platform.

3. Account Registration

To use bridddge, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use bridddge responsibly and in compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement. You must not:

Exceed reasonable rate limits or engage in aggressive automation
Use the service for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities
Scrape or collect data in violation of LinkedIn's policies
Share your account credentials with others
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Subscription and Payment

bridddge offers subscription plans with different features. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the billing date
Provide accurate payment information through Stripe

Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to features. The trial does not require a credit card. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

7. Intellectual Property

bridddge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

bridddge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account, including restrictions or bans, as a result of automation activities. You use the service at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Use of automation tools may violate LinkedIn's terms of service; users are solely responsible for compliance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
